We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead our product-engineering teams and bring impactful products to market.
Primary Responsibilities and Competencies
Customer Discovery & Problem-Solving:
Engage with customers to gain insights into their needs, challenges, and behaviours.
Develop a thorough understanding of the market and identify high-impact problems to solve.
Validate product concepts through user research, interviews, and data analysis.
Vision & Strategy:
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategic roadmap that supports company goals.
Break down the product vision into actionable objectives and initiatives for the team.
Continuously refine the product strategy based on customer feedback and market dynamics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
Foster an environment of collaboration where team members can contribute ideas and solutions.
Lead iterative product development, ensuring the team remains focused on high-priority goals.
Product Execution:
Manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals.
Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement:
Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
Utilise data-driven insights to guide decision-making and product iterations.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the product team.
About You
You have 3-5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully bringing products to market.
You are Customer-Centric. You are passionate about understanding customer needs and solving real problems through innovative products.
You excel at developing and communicating a compelling product vision that aligns with company strategy.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a talent for leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.
You are highly organised and skilled at managing complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
You rely on data to guide your decisions and are proficient in tracking and interpreting key product metrics.
You are experienced working in a highly collaborative, agile team
Highly Desirable
Experience in voice solutions and Salesforce products is a strong plus.
A technical background or strong understanding of software development processes is highly valued.
You have a proven ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to life.
Strong understanding of UX principles and experience working closely with design teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in the industry
